William R. Welch has provided consulting and testifying expert services for nearly three decades. His experience includes litigation involving financial institutions, economic damages, forensic accounting, accountant’s malpractice, and other dispute resolution in business and personal matters. Mr. Welch has been a certified public accountant since 1979 and has worked continually as an independent practitioner and banking consultant since 1987; he continues to maintain both sides of his practice to enhance his credibility as an expert. He has testified in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Welch’s practice as an independent certified public accountant involves business consulting, financial statement preparation and analysis, and business and personal tax return preparation and consultation. His experience in these areas provides a unique balance and perspective in both bank and non-bank litigation. Mr. Welch maintains a network of qualified and seasoned experts with whom he has worked extensively over many years. Evaluation of payment records and claims in connection with healthcare litigation matters on behalf of Plaintiff and as a rebuttal expert.
